MEET THE TEAM
Ms. Molinaro has several years experience practicing tax law, probate/estate administration, estate planning, guardianship/ conservatorship, and HRO/OFP law. Ms. Molinaro strives to provide sensible legal representation to her clients. With litigation experience but also a common sense approach to the law, Ms. Molinaro is an effective advocate both in and out of the courtroom. Ms. Molinaro is licensed to practice in Minnesota, Colorado and North Dakota.
Kristin Davis has several years experience dealing with family law issues. Ms. Davis also has extensive experience in the areas of probate law and estate planning. Ms. Davis listens to her clients and helps guide the case based on the wishes of her clients. She has the skills to negotiate settlements but also has experience litigating cases and has the trial skills to ensure solid representation.
Brianna Flug has served as a legal assistant at Molinaro Davis Law PLLC since January 2016. She graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a degree in communication and media studies. She also has an associate’s degree in communication and media studies from Normandale Community College.
Ms. LaLonde is a graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law where she obtained certificates in Conflict Resolution and Family Mediation, along with her J.D. In addition to extensive practice in the area of negotiations, Ms. LaLonde is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral in Family Mediation and aims to provide a fair solution to legal concerns. Ms. LaLonde primarily practices in the areas of family law, estate planning, guardianships/conservatorships, and orders for protection/harassment restraining orders.
